Material handling systems moving ore, coal, sand, grain or cement suffer continuous abrasion at every transfer point, and unprotected steel chutes can wear through in months. Our Abrasion-Resistant Al2O3 Ceramic Chute Liner Tiles provide a hard ceramic armor layer that outlasts steel by five to fifteen times, dramatically cutting maintenance cost and downtime in bulk handling plants.

The tiles are produced in a range of thicknesses and sizes, with a flat or radiused face to suit chute geometry, and can be fixed by epoxy adhesive, mechanical fasteners or welded stud systems. A dovetail or waffle back option improves mechanical keying where impact is severe, and matching wear plates are available for conveyor skirts, transfer towers and bunker linings.
